Be Healthy For You and Your Baby

Taking care of your body during pregnancy and postpartum matters more than ever—but it should be done with intention, expertise, and support.

At Commit Fitness, we specialize in pre- and postnatal training for both new and experienced moms. Our Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness Specialist coaches guide you through safe, effective workouts designed to support your body, protect your core and pelvic floor, and help you move with confidence through every stage of motherhood.


Pregnancy and postpartum change your body—so your training should change, too. What worked before may no longer serve you, and that’s where intentional, expert coaching makes all the difference.

Our approach was developed by Erica, our Pre/Postpartum Specialist Lead, and Claire, Specialist—both moms themselves—who understand firsthand the physical and emotional demands of this season. Through a combination of lived experience, advanced training, and collaboration with pelvic floor therapists and other medical providers, they’ve created a method that supports women in a way that’s both safe and effective.

During pregnancy, we focus on what you can do (which is much more than the majority of people expect) —building strength, supporting your core and pelvic floor, and helping reduce common symptoms like back pain and discomfort, all while preparing your body for labor and delivery. You’ll learn how to move with intention, breathe effectively, and feel more connected to your body as it changes.

Postpartum, our approach is rooted in recovery first. We rebuild from the inside out—starting with the pelvic floor and deep core—so you can safely regain strength, avoid common issues like diastasis recti, and return to movement with confidence.

Our 90-minute Postpartum Assessment was created to bring clarity to a time that often feels overwhelming. You’ll leave with a personalized plan based on your body and stage of recovery, along with the knowledge and support to move forward feeling stronger, more capable, and in control.

We've worked with over 100 brides and grooms. In addition to helping you fit into that tux or dress, our workouts are a good way for you to bond with your spouse-to-be in anticipation for your nuptials.

We've been in the fitness industry for nine years. Our results-based program is incredibly easy to incorporate into your routine. Too many people feel like they don't have enough time to work out. We'll help you design a schedule that makes sense.

We specialize in strength training but will always cater to you at our Denver, CO facility. We also have certified professional who have experience providing fitness training for pregnant women, prenatal, and postpartum. At our studio, you'll appreciate the upscale environment. We offer towels, water, and coffee. You can purchase some of our high-end fitness products as well.
