Jonathan Miller

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

Jonathan has had a lifelong passion for movement and pushing physical limits, a drive that first took shape in his teenage years as a hockey player. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to Denver to study Hospitality Management at the University of Denver. After college, he began his career with Tough Mudder, where being surrounded by a fitness-focused community reignited his commitment to health and wellness. That spark led him into endurance racing and group fitness coaching — and eventually to a full-time career in personal training.

Jonathan believes fully in balance: showing up, working hard, and staying committed to your goals — while also having fun along the way. He emphasizes building sustainable habits through consistent gym time, mental wellness, recovery (highly recommends sauna & cold plunge), solid nutrition, and quality sleep. But just as important is time with friends and family, celebrating wins, and living a fulfilling, joyful life.

With a focus on strength and conditioning, Jonathan sees everyone as an athlete. His programs are designed to challenge movement, mobility, balance, and overall strength — while steadily progressing toward each client’s personal goals.

When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find Jonathan out in the mountains (trail running or camping), running the streets of Denver, or occasionally hitting the links. He also enjoys a good game night, reading, and experimenting in the kitchen (ask him about his homemade hummus!).
