Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a women’s fitness specialist, certified personal trainer, Lagree instructor, and pre & postpartum fitness coach with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies—through every stage of life and motherhood.
My approach to fitness is holistic and empowering. I combine functional and rehabilitative movement with strength training and reformer-based Pilates to create workouts that are low-impact, highly effective, and uniquely tailored to each client. My sessions are designed to improve strength, endurance, and mobility while also fostering a deeper mind-body connection that supports you both in the gym and in your daily life.
I believe that consistency—not intensity—is what creates lasting change, and that enjoying the process is key to building sustainable habits. I want your workout to feel like the best part of your day—not a punishment, but a celebration of what your body can do.
As a mom of two, I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the prenatal and postpartum journey. Through education, movement, and mindset work, I help my clients feel strong and empowered as they prepare for birth and transition into motherhood. My mission is to be a pillar of support in your fitness journey—someone who encourages you, challenges you, and helps you build not just a stronger body, but a stronger relationship with yourself.
